MANDI BAHAUDDIN: Three
persons of a family were killed when a car they were
travelling in, plunged into a canal, near Sarai Almgir on
Monday.
According to details,
Muhammd Arif along with his family was going to Kamra to join
his duties after Eid holidays from Marala when their car
plunged into a canal near Sarai Alamgir due to rash driving.
As a result Arif's wife Azra
Parveen, son Ahmad Yar and daughter Hafsa drowned in the
canal.Bodies of Azra and Ahmad Yar were taken out from the
canal, while search for the body of Hafsa was still on.
The condition of Muhammad
Arif, SDO in Pakistan Air Force posted at Kamra, is stated to
be serious.
Meanwhile, three
unidentified armed persons shot dead one Ansar Mahmood at chak
No.45, village Miana Gondan. Police have registered a case on
the report of Muhammad Inayat, father of deceased Ansar.
