Karo Kari: Couple killed illicit Relation in Sindh

SUKKUR: A young woman and a man were killed due to alleged illicit relations (Karo Kari) at village Sono Shaikh near Sathio Wah in jurisdiction of PS-A section, Khairpur on Sunday.

The couple was killed when one Ladho Shaikh, father in law of the deceased women Imam Dinee, 22, allegedly found her in objectionable condition with a stranger Tasleem alias Tasloo Shaikh, 22.

Both died on the spot. After killing the couple the accused fled away.

Husband of the women Ghulam Sarwar Shaikh has lodged an FIR with the police.

After post-mortem the victims' bodies were handed over to their legal heirs.●
