'PML [N] to participate in fair polls in Pakistan'

LONDON (UK): The PML (N) will actively participate in next election if it is impartially held and we’ll continue to cooperate with PPP for the restoration of real democracy and 1973 Constitution.

This was stated by President PML (N) Mian Shabaz Sharif during a reception hosted in his honor by Raja Riaz Akhtar in Birmingham.

A number of Muslim League leaders and workers also present. However, he said, both the parties would use their own platform to contest the polls.

“In near future, the PML (N) and PPP are going to make an agreement that every elected government would have the right to complete its tenure in accordance with the Constitution and Opposition would play a positive role in this regard.

Role of sincere leadership

The sincere leadership always made a tremendous effort to improve the condition of its people, he added.

Addressing the gathering, MNA Khawaja Asif said that a positive change is quite visible and soon we would be among the people.

President PML, UK, Zubair Gull, Chief Organiser Chaudhry Arif, Additional Secretary Iqbal Sindhu, President Muslim League Youth Wing Rawalpindi Raja Zarif and other Muslim League leaders also spoke on this occasion.●
