PIA Seats

THOUSANDS of overseas Pakistanis, visiting Pakistan with the return tickets of PIA, have been stranded in Pakistan because PIA has no seats throughout April for London, Manchester and Birmingham from Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi.

These Pakistanis prefer to travel on PIA, and on return tickets, so that PIA can earn additional foreign exchange. Unavailability of return seats for a full month is disappointing and discouraging these passengers not to travel on PIA in future.

Furthermore, these Pakistanis will have a host of problems, including possibility of their losing their jobs if they do not return to their respective cities on time.

PIA should operate one or two additional flights to the UK to end this crisis, which is causing great anxiety to passengers.●
