Istanbul next Month MUZAFFARABAD (AJK): Noted Kashmiri leaders from both sides of the Himalayan State of Jammu and Kashmir will meet at Istanbul in the first week of next month to review the pace of progress on Kashmir in bilateral dialogue process between India and Pakistan. The occasion of Kashmiris mutual meeting will be a 2-day international seminar on Kashmir scheduled to be held on December 3 and 4, 2005 in Istanbul. The seminar has been organised by an international organisation named Panos, meaning torch. The invitees to the seminar include, from AJK side, the ex-President Sardar Muhammad Abdul Qayyum Khan and from occupied Kashmir, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, chairman APHC with Chairperson People’s Democratic Party Mahbooba Mufti. It will be Kashmiri leaders’ first open meeting following devastating October 8 earthquake.
