CRPF to replace BSF in 2 years in India held-Kashmir

SRINAGAR (IHK): The Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is to replace the Border Security Force (BSF) in two years.

Reporting this, Kashmir Media Service says, this was stated at a news conference in New Delhi by the CRPF Director General, JK Sinha.

He said, the CRPF has chalked out a strategy and joined Action Plan with Army and Kashmir Police.

Observers in Srinagar, commenting on the charge over, said, this would make no difference for the Kashmiris, struggling for their right to self-determination.

They point out that despite its killing spree, the notorious BSF could not suppress the liberation movement.

With the change of persecutors, Kashmiris will further step up their struggle for securing their right to self-determination, no matter how great the cost.●
