Five Die as Car Falls into River in Azad Kashmir

MUZAFFARABAD (AJK): Five people were killed when a car plunged into River Jhelum near Muzaffarabad on Monday.

According to police sources, the incident occurred when a car traveling from Muzaffarabad to Ghari Dupatta when driver had lost the control of the due to land sliding at Subri and fell into River Jhelum from the height of 150 meters.

Five people including driver of the car were killed in the accident.

They were identified as Basharat Hussain, Feroz Awan, Khurshid, Muhammad Khaliq Chohan and Khawaja Imran. The bodies were handed over to their relatives, police added.●
