KARACHI: Closure of Kandanwari gas field has caused closing of CNG stations in Sindh and including Karachi, and Balochistan from 9:00am on Monday to 12 midnight Tuesday, a report said.

This was said by Chairman CNG Stations Owners Association Khuda Bux while talking to ‘Geo News’. He said all three CNG associations, after talks with officials of Sui Southern Gas Company, have decided to close CNG pumps during the above said time.

He said decision is purely due to closure of Kandanwari gas field, adding that any such closing on permanent basis would be opposed firmly.
